Coretelligent needed a scalable way to turn product knowledge into real customer confidence. But traditional training (shadowing managers, LMS modules, quizzes etc...) was passive and didn’t help employees actually practice or apply what they’d learned. By integrating Solidroad’s customizable simulations, Coretelligent moved from static product videos to hands-on, scenario-based training across the company. Now, employees and new hires actively practice explaining products and handling customer questions, leading to measurable boosts in product understanding, confidence, and customer communication: without adding extra trainers or headcount.
