Why we train the conversation and the tools together

On a live ticket, an agent listens to the customer and works the tool at the same time. If training covers only one of those, the first time a new agent does both is with a real customer.

Solidroad is the AI training platform for CX, sales and enablement teams. In a Simulation, the Learner works the case in a System simulation while the conversation runs: they look up the order, check ID and enter the refund with the customer still waiting on a reply.

One Scorecard grades both halves: how the Learner handled the customer, and whether the data they entered in the tool is accurate. AI coaching follows every attempt, so Learners know what to fix before they try again. When a policy changes, trainers update the Simulation and the next attempt runs on the new rule.

Which one fits your team

Solidroad and Zenarate both train customer-facing teams. Which one fits depends on who builds your training and what your agents need to practice.

Choose Solidroad if

  • You want a platform built only for training customer-facing teams.

  • Your trainers want to build and change Simulations themselves.

  • You want Simulations built from the knowledge base and SOPs you already keep.

  • You want every practice conversation to be open-ended, with an AI customer who responds to what the Learner says.

Choose Zenarate if

  • You want lessons, SCORM content and simulation practice on one platform.

  • You'd rather have Zenarate's team build your simulations.

  • You need mobile delivery or white labeling.

Switching from Zenarate

What carries over and what to set up.

  • Start from what you already have. Connect Guru, Confluence, Notion, Intercom or Zendesk, or upload your own material, and build Simulations from your current policies and scripts. A prompt works too.

  • Rebuild your scoring once. Set up your standards as Scorecards. They can grade each section, mark it pass or fail, or check process steps, with fail rules, and every Simulation and Assessment uses them.

  • Map your courses to Assignments. An Assignment packages Simulations with a passing score and Certification, and syncs with your LMS, so Learners keep training where they already do.

  • Try it on one team. Sign up for a trial workspace, build a Simulation from one of your own articles, and compare it with what your agents practice now.
